Delivered as part of a series of training sessions, aimed at improving skills associated with running a successful community project. This workshop is open to all community groups and individuals in east Manchester and will focus on:- Understanding the key elements of financial records.- Fulfilling the legal and fianancial repsonsibilites to your funder- Effective planning, including keeping to timescales and milestones- Understanding outputs, outcomes and collecting evidence- Monitoring and evaluation.The Workshop is run by New East Manchester and will be held at Sporting Edge Community Centre, Fairfield Road, Openshaw, M11 1FG
